Rest Your Eyes...

I've been feeling some pain in my eyeballs. A dry and burning feeling, making my eyes tear non-stop. Ouch! Most likely from staring at the computer monitor for hours at a time, and knowing me, without blinking.

Well, my good friend Bryan Kumar gave me a great tip. To look at something far away (like out the window) every 30 minutes or so, to give my eyes a chance to relax.

There's a big window in my 2nd-floor home office, and from where I'm sitting, it's to the left of my monitor. I now make it a point to stare out the window and space out every once in a while...
