LIFETIME Value of a Customer

Your customer is not only worth the profit you make from their first sale. They may be worth $1000's in the future.

That said, always keep in mind that even if you acquire your customers at a slight loss (ie. Joint Ventures where you offer your partner a bigger cut), you can make a substantial profit in the back end.

Have a source of residual/recurring income prepared to present to your customers. Promote affiliate programs you're participating in. Be certain to have more than one product to sell, and present a variety of price levels for your customers to choose from.
