Face it, we all do it. Here's proof.
How Do People Evaluate a Web Site's Credibility?
Results from a large study based 2,440 comments left about the credibility of the two sites showed: 46.1% commented on design look; 14.1% on Name Recognition and Reputation; while 6.4% commented on Customer Service.
