Was I suposed to be posting "replies" to comments here? It wasn't my intention to make anyone feel neglected... I *do* read all new comments, and think how nice it is for visitors to stop by my site and say hello.

Instead of going back and littering this place with delayed replies to past comments, how about I come out of this as a better informed and more hospitable web logger, while you continue to be enlightened by my words of wisdom at no cost to you at all ; )

Now grab a stick and a potato and enjoy the campfire.
