Firefox Extensions: LinkChecker & MeasureIt!

Yes, I have an unhealthy obsession with Firefox extensions... and I'd like to share the two, most recent additions to my collection, in hopes that someone will volunteer to keep me company in this cold and lonely place:

LinkChecker: With a simple click of the mouse, this tool will quickly highlight links on your webpage (or anyone else's for that matter) with simple color coding...

  • red - broken links
  • yellow - forwarded, forbidden links
  • green - good links
  • gray - skipped links

Download "LinkChecker" here.

MeasureIt: Hey, have you ever thrown together a really cool graphic to insert into a section of your webpage, only to find out that its size messes up your layout? This extension will draw a ruler across any webpage to check the width, height, or alignment of page elements in pixels.

Get "MeasureIt" here.

He said - She said...

Seems a bit buggy.

Why don't you try Atrise Golden section grid, free if you can bear the nag, and measures anything on screen with golden, third and half ratios.
