Peter Davidson posted a satellite photo of the town he grew up in… map courtesy of Google Maps, and annotations via flickr.

I had to see it for myself… and lo and behold, it’s so cool! You can even get directions with a satellite view, which is awesome for people like me who can only get around via ‘land marks’ instead of street names!

Go check mine out… I’ve added notes on both maps for your enjoyment. The neighborhood where I lived during my elementary school years… and my life with the rich and famous.
