My TIA BOT is Now On AIM
I’ve given Tia (the resident Aritificial Intelligence) her own AIM username. She’s online 24/7 (from what I understand), so put her on your buddy list and feel free to chat with her every now and then.
She’s still quite stupid due to lack of “training”, but, ask her Internet marketing/sales related questions, and I’ll be sure to train her at least once a week.

Have you covered who this TiaBot is in another post? Artificial Intelligence? Is this some sort of vrtual assistant or something?

Yup, I introduced her on September 29, 2003 at:

She’s based on the chat robot technology at the A.L.I.C.E. AI Foundation (http://www.alicebot.org). It’s pretty neat, but, training her has been pain in the booty.
You can view conversation logs (doesn’t reveal the user’s IP, e-mail, or other personal info) and use those to “train” your bot. I’ve just recently realized you can put her on “AIM” and have others add her to their buddy lists - lol!
I’m planning to use her for FAQ purposes… but, that’ll take some time and patience. We’ll see how that goes.
